  • OVERALL REQUIREMENTS – Scope of project requirements – number of website pages, email marketing template, social marketing banners, print (letterheads, posters, brochures), etc.

  • TIMELINE – A Deadline – for effective time management.

  • IMAGES – High quality images – all images should be delivered prior to start in their final form – 300dpi for print- High resolution for web.

  • LOGO – Logo should be provided high resolution or if any print is required, as an .eps or .ai

  • TEXT CONTENT – All text content should be supplied prior to start.

  • COPYRIGHT – Ownership info for any third-party text content or images
